Janus · Prime · Service Governance

Growth deserves order. Behind the scenes, too.

Installations, configurations and interventions are part of the same experience. With Janus Prime, our team can administer supported services from a shared control room, keeping the scope of every activity clear.

What you set in motion

You have the tools. Decide the next step.

Every feature gains value when it serves your decisions and your team’s work.

01 /

Launch.

Installation creation and activation features help set up the environments planned in the project.

02 /

Manage.

The status of installations and connected services is monitored in the administration environment, according to the available permissions.

03 /

Verify.

Logs and service information provide context for technical checks and authorized interventions.

Before connecting a location

Let’s draw the right boundaries.

An additional location doesn’t always require a separate environment. We start from who needs to collaborate, what data to share and which responsibilities to preserve. Then we define the configuration.

  • Which people work on the same activities.
  • Which information must remain separate.
  • Which services are needed to get started.

Over time

The configuration follows the business.

Email, telephony and other supported services require parameters and checks. Prime allows the authorized team to manage the planned settings remotely, without turning every request into a task for the business owner.

  • Remote management where supported by the service.
  • Checks on the configuration actually in use.
  • Interventions within the agreed scope.

Business, service, responsibility

Clear answers, in plain terms.

Does each location have a separate installation?

Not necessarily. How installations are organized depends on the collaboration required and the separation of data. It is defined in the project.

Is a new environment ready in a few seconds?

Provisioning features support the launch, but timing and checks depend on the configuration. We don’t promise the same timeframe for every project.

How does it relate to data protection?

Roles, access, available protections and backup and recovery procedures must be defined together. Prime is part of management; it does not replace that project.
