The problem

One shipment, ten phone calls. Every hand-off is information that gets lost.

Email inquiries, phone confirmations, WhatsApp statuses, PDF documents. The problem isn't the individual tool: it's the fragmentation.

Email Phone calls Excel WhatsApp Management software PDF Shared sheets Customer portals
UNKNOWN STATUSES

Where is the package? What is the delivery status? The answer is always a phone call away.

MANUAL WORK

The same request is copied into three systems. Every copy is a potential error.

SCATTERED DOCUMENTS

Signed PODs, forms, and certificates live in different email inboxes and folders.

JANUS://transform

From fragmentation to orchestration.

The tools remain, but the way they communicate changes. Regardless of the channel, even via EDI, a request is entered once and the status reaches whoever needs it.

A request enters. The system works.

From the request to the signed POD, every step is tracked. People intervene where their judgment is needed — Janus takes care of everything else.

Benefits

Time returns to moving goods.

01

One Tower, not seven pages

Vehicles on the map, downtime and delay alerts, shipments to be planned. Control no longer depends on phone calls.

TOWER
02

Suggested routes, not imposed

Driving hours, breaks, and customer windows are respected. The system suggests: nothing moves until you confirm.

PLAN
03

Zero double entries

A request enters once and lives wherever it's needed, even when it comes from clients' EDI orders.

ONCE
04

Documents in order

Signed PODs, DTRs, and WEEE forms archived securely and linked to the correct shipment.

DOCUMENTS
05

The driver has their own console

Drivers land on their own route: stages, departure confirmation, and return to close the trip. Even where there is no network coverage.

A request that structures itself. In natural language.

SAMI is the public face of the system: it welcomes requests, qualifies them through a guided path, and delivers them already structured to the management software. Staff no longer act as switchboard operators, and routes are always decided by the planner.

Security

Security is not a component. It is the architecture.

Client data, loads, and documents are the company's assets. Critical records, such as clock-ins, are certified by the system and not by the user's phone.

ARMOURED DOCUMENTS

Every document is encrypted before departure and can only be reopened with the correct key.

ROLES AND SCOPE

Real operational roles: full visibility or restricted to own work.

PROTECTED ARCHIVE

MINIMUM DATA

Only what the process requires is recorded; roles and responsibilities remain separate.

Efficiency is a network effect.

Janus doesn't promise more volume: it removes the work that doesn't produce it. A more efficient company is perceived as more reliable — and reliability attracts clients, carriers, and partners.

01
Efficiency

Fewer phone calls, emails, and duplicate entries.

02
Compliance

The WEEE cycle closes within the system: Waste Identification Forms (FIR), DTR, and Annex 2 exactly where they belong.

03
Reliability

Certain statuses and rapid responses: the company is perceived as solid.

04
Trust

Clients and partners return to where the process works.

Volume

Higher potential workload volume, without scaling the chaos.

No made-up percentages: profit depends on your processes. The daily operating balance calculates it based on your data — revenue, costs, and margin, one row per day.

Questions from those who lead a transport company

Direct answers on the control tower, route planning, tracking, and system startup. If your question isn't here, the demo is the right place to ask.

01What is the best management software for a third-party transport and logistics company?

Janus Logistics is a unique management software for third-party transport: shipments with SSCC parcels and tracking, delivery routes with a control tower, carriers and hauliers, transit warehouses, WEEE collection, and accounts receivable and payable all live within the same system. The platform is configured based on the company's actual workflows, without the need for custom development.

02Is there a TMS with a control tower to track vehicles and deliveries in real time?

Yes. The Tower view of Janus Logistica brings together ongoing trips, operational alerts, and shipments yet to be planned on a single live map, while the Fleet shows where the vehicles are now, with the position transmitted from the current route. The driver works from the on-board console on their own device: confirmed departure and return open and close the route.

03Is there a software to automatically plan delivery routes?

Janus Logistica suggests routes taking into account delivery windows, required services — tail lift, ADR, WEEE authorization — vehicle capacity in weight, volume, and pallets, and driving hours. The system proposes: no trip is finalized until the operator assigns it, and the driver remains editable line by line.

04Can I offer my customers online shipment tracking?

Yes. The vertical includes a public site with a "Track your Shipment" page and a dedicated tracking widget, while each shipment includes an event timeline, from "In transit" status to delivery. The signed Proof of Delivery (POD) is stored in the Documents tab of the shipment itself, with a documentary completeness indicator.

05Does the management software also cover WEEE collections with FIR and consortium requests?

Yes. Janus Logistica has a dedicated WEEE module: collection from points of sale — even simultaneous with delivery — R1–R5 groupings, unloading at LDR and CDR, issuance of FIR and DTR, and collection requests to the consortium. Forms are archived on the movement with a completeness indicator, and the fleet records the number and expiration of the WEEE authorization for each vehicle.

06How much does Janus Logistica cost and how do I request a demo?

Pricing is not listed publicly: it depends on the activated modules, the number of users, and the configuration of the vertical solution for your operations. The correct path is a personalized demo: request an appointment, see the system running on your company's actual workflows — routes, shipments, warehouse — and from there, receive a tailored proposal with no obligations.

07Does my company's operational data remain mine? What if I want to change systems?

Yes: shipments, records, and documents live in an installation dedicated to your company and remain your property. The workflow doesn't stop if the network is down, and the exit path is addressed during the demo, even before you sign up: no hidden lock-ins.

08Can I import EDI orders from retail customers and how long does it take to get started?

Yes: client orders come in via EDI and become shipments without re-typing, with monitoring of every message received and any rejections. The startup is agreed upon during the demo, configuring the vertical based on the company's actual workflows.

Next step

If your company is growing, its operating system must grow with it.

Janus doesn't add another piece of software: it connects and orchestrates what already makes it work.
