What you set in motion

You have the tools. Decide the next step.

Every feature gains value when it serves your decisions and your team’s work.

01 /

Bring order to email.

Manage personal and shared mailboxes, conversations and attachments. Keep the messages your team needs close at hand.

02 /

Make it clear who acts.

In shared mailboxes, you organize who handles each message. Give your team a reference point for taking ownership of requests and coordinating replies.

03 /

Pick up the thread of your calls.

With the telephony service activated and verified, you start calls from the Address Book and review the call log.

Email

A request arrives. You organize the response.

A shared mailbox gives your team a single point from which to act. With Janus you organize messages and responsibilities, find attachments and choose when to send a communication.

  • Manage personal and shared mailboxes, including configured PEC certified email accounts.
  • Find conversations and attachments, and organize who takes ownership.
  • Prepare messages and schedule when they are sent.

Telephony

Start the contact. Follow the conversation.

With telephony configured, you bring calls into your workspace. Before go-live, we verify the service, the lines and how it works on the planned workstations together.

  • Start calls from Address Book contacts.
  • Review the call log.
  • Missed calls to follow up through the Calendar, with the service configured.

Clear answers, in plain terms.

Can we work from the same mailbox?

Yes. Janus supports shared mailboxes and tools for taking ownership of messages. During configuration we define who accesses the mailbox and how the team handles requests.

Does email work without internet?

No. Reading, receiving and sending email requires a connection. Email is not among the tasks available offline.

Is telephony ready as soon as I activate Janus?

It requires dedicated configuration and verification with the telephone service in use. Available features and usage methods are defined and tested before go-live.
