What you set in motion

You have the tools. Decide the next step.

Every feature gains value when it serves your decisions and your team’s work.

01 /

Assign access.

Organize who enters the system and which tasks they can handle. Accounts and permissions translate the team’s responsibilities into defined access.

02 /

Protect sensitive documents.

Documents marked as sensitive receive dedicated protection: their content is readable by authorized recipients.

03 /

Prepare for recovery.

Use the backup and restore tools to preserve data and recover an available copy, following a defined procedure.

You define the responsibilities

Give people room. Set the access.

Enable everyone to carry out their own tasks. Organize accounts and permissions according to responsibilities, and update access as the team grows or changes.

  • Assign personal accounts to access the workspace.
  • Organize permissions by task and responsibility.
  • Update access when someone joins the team or changes role.

Backup and restore

Prepare today. Know how to act tomorrow.

Put the backup and restore tools at the service of business continuity. Together we define data frequency and retention, with a verified procedure for recovering available copies.

  • Data backups retained according to the configuration adopted.
  • Tools to recover an available copy.
  • A clear procedure, with agreed retention times and responsibilities.

Clear answers, in plain terms.

Where is the data stored?

It depends on the configuration chosen for your company. Data location, service management and access methods must be clarified before activation.

Are backups created automatically?

Backup scheduling depends on the configuration adopted. During onboarding we define frequency, retention and responsibilities, and also verify the automation options.

How are sensitive documents protected?

Documents marked as sensitive are encrypted: their content is made unreadable without the correct access key. Reading is restricted to the authorized recipients defined for those documents.
